Need more info: Need to know your height (in cm, please) to determine your bmi & ideal body weight. Generally, eat healthful foods: lean proteins, low glycemic fruits & veggies; whole grains; good fats; low-fat dairy; avoid fast foods & sugary drinks & foods. Increase exercise to lose fat & build muscle. Lifting weights may be needed to build adequate, defined muscles.
