Chicken pox: Once all the lesions are crusted over he should be non infectious. It is unusual to continue to shed the vaccine after 2 weeks. Also, if you are immune because you have had chickenpox or the vaccine it would be safe for you. If you are having unprotected sex and attempting to conceive and you are not chicken pox immune you should have the vaccine. All the best.

Odd question: I will assume you had cpx or the vaccine in the past because you were exposed,sex or not, for the past 2 weeks.Some patients have lesions on their genitals and these can be painful, so sexual activity might be uncomfortable until they heal.I see no real reason to delay sex based on the disease, and waiting this long was probably not necessary.
