Enlarged prostate: causes symptoms such as frequent urination because it can constrict the urethra. It can also cause discomfort. The good news is that yours is of normal size. If your doc ordered an ultrasound you likely reported other symptoms. Stay w/him/her until they get get resolved. Peace and good health.

Ultrasound test shows normal size of prostate, psa: 1.0, urine/semen cultures clear of bacteria, 2-3hpf of pus cells in semen culture. Is this all enough to conclude that i don't have prostatitis?
