A few things: There is not much you can do to speed the healing of a fracture but here are a few suggestions. Do exactly what your orthopedist says. Take a multivitamin daily. Take extra fish oil and vitamin C daily to act as antioxidants and help with inflammation. Eat healthy foods and avoid alcohol and tobacco.
