It depends...: It depends on the grand scheme of life. Pregnancy is unlikely if one took 3 weeks of active pills on time. But, there are different ways of looking at life. For example, one might say "boyfriend" and go buy Plan B... but another might say "husband" and not worry about it and not take Plan B.
