NGU? Gonorrhea?: Presumably your main symptom was urethral discharge, which means an STD. With negative chlamydia test, you had either gonorrhea or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). The treatment for these is different. Were you tested for gonorrhea? I hope you're not doing all this on your own, but have seen a doctor or clinic. If not, see a doctor now. Your sex partner(s) need treatment. Omeprazole is irrelevant.
