Yes, there's hope: There's always hope, for something like this. Hopefully, a post-partum woman is able to get to a good weight (to pre-pregnancy weight, if that was a good weight). Then, the connective tissues such as ligaments and tendons around the joints, and the skin over them, should shrink down... and get that ring size back to normal. It might take a while, such as 6 to 12 months. What will be, will be.
