Itchy bumps: These do sound like insect bites but if they resolve after 24 hours or so they could be hives. Either way, taking an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsi'ess) or Claritin(is nondrowsy) and applying a cortisone type cream help your symptoms. If spreading redness and warmth develop, see your physician as infection would be a concern.
