Time for I&D: Your meibomian gland has been clogged for 3 months despite repeated with warm compress and oral antibiotic. Usually antibiotics are not indicated. warm compress should be applied more frequent than once a day. It became a chronic condition (persistent chalazion) or recalcitrant internal hordelolum .
