Different causes: Would like to know for how long this is going on. Any neck or low back pain? Any headaches? If so, CNS pathology could be considered such as myelopathy, myelitis, MS, etc. Other things in differential :NMJ problem such as myasthenia or lambert eaton if bulbar symptoms like mouth drooling present. Neuropathies like guillan barre or miller fisher or myopathies could also be entertained.
