You've heard?: I was taught they saved teeth that were grossly damaged. If you feel differently, then you can have your rotten teeth extracted and replaced with implants. Unless you've read or heard that implants are detrimental, too. Then you can leave the missing teeth, allow your others to shift, and eventually you can consider dentures. It's your choice.
