My mother had catherization in 2009 to diagnose the possibility of wearing a stent in her heart. now her wrist has a few bumps where the incision was.

Probably nothing: serious , but show to her doctor . Most important is taking care of her heart not the site of insertion of the cardiac catheter . Speak to her doctor .
