Is it safe for the skin and eyes if i remove my makeup with johnson baby wipes without fragrance and alcohol ?

No: I don't recommend this, as the chemicals in the baby wipe still may be harsh on your eyelid skin, and worse yet, if you get the baby wipe in you eye, eye irritation may result. It's Best to to use baby oil or eyelid makeup remover designed for such purposes.
