Yes: Fragrances are not necessarily unsafe for newborns. While it's true that some babies with sensitive skin can react to such ingredients, if your child doesn't, they are perfectly safe to use. Hope this helps!

Safe vs advised: Many of these products survive over the years because adults project their personal interest in pleasant smells or fragrances on to the baby.We have no way of knowing if the baby can appreciate the fragrance or not, but you can count on many smaller infants becoming congested from their use.If you can smell it,tiny noses get congested from it. I advise fragrance free only.
