See remark: Bladder neck is like a ring at outlet of bladder.If it is "raised" it means the ring has tightened and leads to some difficulty voiding,poorer stream,at times incomplete emptying.Not all of these can happen in your case.What has your doctor suggested ?If you have no symptoms do nothing and get followed by your doctor Best wishes in your health
