Try Another: SSRI or SSNRI - There are quite a few newer medications on the market which are known for little or no interference with sex drive: I'm thinking of Cymbalta (duloxetine) or Vybriid, for example, and I'm sure there are others. Ask your prescribing doc - you shouldn't have to suffer!

Speak to doctor: If you're certain libido has decreased since you began sertraline, discuss what's happened with prescribing doctor and ask for alternative med not likely to have this side effect. Libido will return if dose is lowered or med is stopped. Keep communication open with your significant other meantime. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
