Call DDS: Most dentists are available to call an antibiotic or pain medication in to ease your discomfort. Unless a hospital has a residency program, dental pain is usually only treated with the above. There is always the option of contacting another provider that is more accomodating.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) and see DDS: Sorry to hear that you have been dealing with a toothache. The OTC painkiller may provide some temporary relief until you can get to your dentist. Remember, toothache pain will not go away on its own and dental treatment is a must.
