Same as for boy: There are no special positions, diets, medications, or other methods to influence the gender of a pregnancy. Pre selection through a fertility center with highly technical embryo selection & implantation has been done but is quiet expensive & not always successful. The many myths out there work 50% of the time, which is why some still believe in them.

Sex Position & Baby: Unfortunately this question exposes an assumption that is not true. Gender is determined by what sperm fertilizes the egg in the female. Male sperm are known to 'swim faster' and in the race to impregnate the egg male sperm sometimes win that race. But, there are as many girls as there are boys so the race can be just a scientific fact. Position with sex will not change the way sperm move.
