Molluscum?: Hard white core sounds like molluscum contagiosum, a minor sexually transmissible viral infection. It's especially likely if the bumps are shiny pink and if some have dimples in the center. Or maybe folliculitis (hair follicle inflammation) from shaving. Google MC (spell it out) for photos and more info, and see your doctor for confirmation and treatment. Also need testing for other common STDs.
