Anemic?: Depends on if told a specific diagnosis (like iron-deficiency anemia), or just that your blood count was "low." in either event, making sure your body has the "building blocks" it needs to make red cells is key--multivitamin w/iron (or prenatal vitamin) along with dark greens & occasional red meat are simple way to address this. Worse cases need supplements / rx help.
