Get seen by doctor!: Anytime you have the combination of chest pressure, or heaviness, with/without shortness of breath, you need to see a doctor. With the Nexplanon you are at increased risk for blood clots, this goes up much more if you smoke. See your doctor and get checked out. If you get worse, go to the emergency department.
