Check a test: If you are 14 days post ovulation, your period should be starting in the next 24 hours. If it doesn't, check a pregnancy test and, if it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days to be sure. I am uncertain what you mean when you say your cervix changes through out the day, but, if you are trying to conceive you may have succeeded! Hope this helps.
