Partid mass: most likely ' mixed tumor ' of parotid gland a benign pleomorphic adenoma , see your doctor for evaluation and possible removal.

Nodule on face: This could be one of several different things. Most likely would be a lipoma (benign fatty tumor) or an epidermal inclusion cyst (also benign) as well a reactive lymph node. See you primary care doctor of a dermatologist. Some people also have a benign prearicular cyst. This sometimes has a small pore leading to the cyst.
