Many people are: Vitamin D deficient. One way to increase the level is to take the prescription D2 version from your doc. Please do what he/she says. I prefer 5K D3 supplement daily and re-test in a few months. Optimal level according to the experts is 50 to 80. Peace and good health. We make D through the skin via sun exposure.
