Many Causes: There can be many causes for hair loss 1) hormone deficiencies e.g. Thyroid 2) nutrient deficiencies 3) stress 4) age 5) medications please talk to your doctor to help find the cause so appropriate steps may be taken to remedy the situation.

Hair loss and vit D: A lot of things can contribute to hair loss. The vast majority of us are deficient in vitamin d, so it is not a major contributor to hair loss. When i treat hair loss, i try to correct all the things that are correctable. You need to see a dermatologist.
