Neg pregnancy tests: Blood pregnancy test is more accurate. False negative pregnancy test can be do to doing it too soon- it will not become positive until 1 week after a missed period, as it takes 5 days - 1 week for the embryo to implant , doing it later in the day and not the first AM urine, dilute urine. Can become pregnant from seminal fluid w/o ejaculation so use BC. Consider an implant. f/u w/doc
