You may be pregnant: or you may be late with your cycle. Either way it's clear you are very anxious about it. Settle the matter by going to your doctor and getting a serum HCG test. Then if that is negative you can be confident you aren't pregnant. If you continue to not have a menstrual bleed despite haveing been confirmed as not pregnant, then GYN will need to evaluate you with a pelvic exam.
