It depends: Whether or not you could be pregnant depends on what you mean by partial hysterectomy. Although that is frequently used to mean removal of any of the pelvic organs, in truth it would be removal of only part of the uterus since hysterectomy means removal of the uterus. If you still have part of an ovary, pregnancy is possible but would be very unlikely without a uterus. When in doubt, check a test.
