Yes.: Although tricky, if you are skinny and your examiner experienced and skilled, it is possible to detect the embryonic heart tones with doppler handheld device at 7 weeks. Abdominal ultrasound it easier if you do not have the above factors in your favor. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg orally daily; good luck!
