Unlikely : One can attempt manual removal but unless done on a daily basis it will be really hard to get rid of it. Over the counter products such as NIX (permethrin) along with combing will be the best way to get rid of Head lice. Make sure you wash the linens and sheets in hot water as well.

Define natural ????: Some have offered experience that a stout vinegar, like pickling vinegar can be used as a wash over several days to a week and do this. The acidic solution does loosen the nits/egg casings so they can be removed easily with a nit comb.If this did not work one of the OTC or prescription products could be used.
