You may be right: Your hamstring could be tight and trying to strain.Stop exercise and rest it for a few days with only gentle stretching.Applied heat may help losen it up a bit.Advil (ibuprofen) could help any pain or inflamation.After this ,gently resume activity,listen to your body,and if recurs,go in to your Doc to check this out.
