Antibiotic treatment: Chlamydia is uncommon in the oral cavity, and it never involves the tongue, only the back of the throat. If you haven't had a positive test in the throat, you probably don't have it, even if you performed oral sex on someone with chlamydia. The only way to get rid of chlamydia, anywhere in the body, is to see a doctor for an antibiotic prescription, usually azithromycin or doxycycline.
