Medical Exam suggest: Any skin lesion that bleeds is suspect for Cancer. If it has grown in size recently , that makes it even more concerning. So you must see a doctor and get this lesion examined to be sure that it is not something like a melanoma which tends to bleed easily. A biopsy or excision of this lesion may be indicated once you see the doctor and discuss with him the nature of the problem and how to treat it
