Absolutely-depending: on agents, quantities & what altered responses which happen within you. Many laxatives stimulate ↑ed intestinal activity, contractions, intestinal cramping. While ulcers unlikely, intestinal cramping can be quite variable & painful. Agents may not be effective & may promote future constipation. Your primary physician always=self.
