Is it safe to take vit d3 to correct insufficiency with having nonalcoholic steatohepatitis?

NASH is big problem: Fatty liver is incredibly common, predominantly due to: high alcohol intake, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity. The more of these risks you have, the greater chance of fatty liver. Addressing these risks is an important step in correcting fatty liver. Distinguish hepatosteatosis (fatty liver) from steatohepatitis (NASH with abnormal liver tests) that if persists risks cirrhosis & liver cancer.
