Eat well/Record Wt.: Weight loss can have many potential causes. Most likely it is due to low/inadequate caloric intake. So you need to learn a bit about which foods are low in calories and which ones are what we call Calorie dense. You should adjust your diet more towards calorie rich foods such as Milk and mild products(icecream and smoothies etc). other good sources of calories are meat, eggs and nuts like almonds.
