May be pimples: Sometimes people get pimples on their butts. A doctor should examine them, if they are more than a rare one or two, a couple times a year. If a person is worried about them, or if a pimple is growing bigger and bigger, or a pimple is quite sore, it is definitely worth a trip to the doctor.
