Very rare: Would be rather unusual unless you have classical migraine headaches, smoke, and take BCP's all together. Your symptoms could be associated with an antihistamine reaction, but could also be due to sinus infection, anemia, thyroid issue. Statistically, the risk to you of stroke and/or heart attack is on the bottom of my list.
