I have a damaged vocal cord due to thyroidectomy, lately i noticed an internal lump above collar bone left to the neck, could it be related?

Perhaps, if: your thyroidictomy was performed for cancer, it could be recurrence in lymph node. Otherwise, lump is probably not directly related to nerve damage. Ask your surgeon for further advice.
