Need evaluation: It time to see you physician. It could be an ovarian issue, but it could also be appendicitis or a tubal infection. Call your physician tomorrow morning and make an appointment or if unable to tolerate it, be seen in your local ER. You probably need a pelvic US or maybe a CT scan.
