daughter has popping behind knee with pain. an ortho appt can take over a month at our hospital. what should i do to care for it besides icing it?

Knee: It sounds like her knee is unstable. Was there an injury? Is the color and the sensation of her foot normal. A knee brace with rest may help. If it gets worse have her seen in the ER. All the best.
