Need evaluation!: This could be any number of things: pulmonary embolism, pleurisy, costochondritis, pneumonia?? But it is clear you need evaluation. You should go to an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room now. I'm not sure what the feeling cold is, but perhaps the chills part of fever and chills.
