Small Cartilage chng: When changes occur in the cartilage of our facet (or back) joints such as small tears or when gases escape from inside the joint capsule in can "crack." Many people say this helps their back feel better especially if they have spasm. However,If you are feeling pain when your joints pop or crack, then you should seek a health care professional. It does not appear to be dangerous at all.
