Many reasons: There are many possible reasons for this, including variability in chiropractic skills. Although soreness can be normal, "nerves going crazy" does not sound positive unless very temporary and then leading to relief in short time. Please see a skilled osteopathic physician (do) to examine you, check your alignment, & adjust as needed.

Its normal. : It is common to be sore after an adjustment or omm. They are pushing muscles and changing the way your body mechanics work. Adjusting to your new body mechanics commonly causes soreness. It usually resolves in 3-5 days.
