I have lower back pain and i can feel movement when i rub it up and down. what can this be?

Unclear: It's unclear what you mean by movement when you rub it up and down give me and you feel moving in your belly like you're pregnant. Or do you feel your muscles going into spasm on your back. Or do you feel your vertebrae in your back moving in. Consider doing a video consult to so you can show the doctor what it is you are describing
