OCD: If you are having a return of symptoms and an SSRI helped before then your doctor will likely recommend the same med. I suspect the reason you are asking is because you are starting to feel symptoms. There are also CBT treatments and EMDR that can help treat OCD. Many experts believe OCD has a genetic piece, so please see a therapist for good assessment and tx recommendations.
