Won't hurt: I presume that you may have a problem with asthma and not bronchitis. In which case Atarax (hydroxyzine) won't hurt but won't do anything for your asthma either. At your age, Atarax (hydroxyzine) is likely safe but for those over 60, it is associated with cardiovascular risk.
