My six month old baby of 101.4 after her shots should i take her to the emergency?

Other symptoms?: Fever is a common side effect of childhood vaccinations, and so is mild redness and swelling at the site of injection. If the fever gets higher (>104), or if she starts having any difficulty in breathing, is unconsolable, or just doesn't appear right to you, she needs to be examined by a health care provider.
