No: Ovulation tests are designed to detect lh hormone, and pregnancy tests are designed to detect HCG or pregnancy hormone. Lh and HCG are related but different hormones ... There is little cross-reaction between tests. If your period doesn't come see your OB for a blood pregnancy test. You may need to see a fertility specialist (rei) if trying to conceive and your cycles stay irregular.
