? Menopause related.: Lack of estrogen after menopause causes, amongst other things, thinning of urethral lining, which in turn reduces protection from bacteria from entering urethra & reaching bladder. Treat constipation, if present. Shower rather than bathe, Wear cotton underwear, urinate after sex. Can be helped by hormone replacement therapy. Discuss with your Dr. Consult with ear, nose & throat Dr regarding sinus.
